Amen to that. The French have never even slightly paid us back for saving their country. A while back, they would not allow our jets to fly over their airspace to bomb a savage dictator. Ghadaffi I believe.

Well…to be fair…if it hadn’t been for the French, we likely wouldn’t have beaten the British to win our independence in the first place. I consider us all square.

Winning the gold in men’s basketball will never get old. I was a freshman in college when we were robbed in Munich, and have never gotten over it.

Neither will I. However I want nothing to do with( pro) basketball, including the Olympics, now that the league has started @$$ kissing the Chinese. In fact weren't some of NBA players on other nations squads?

They wouldn't have allowed the other team to get a double digit lead on them.
There was no turn it on turn it off strategy to see if a player can get the US back on track. They were on all the time and there were several players that kept it going.
Nigeria got a moral victory out of these Olympics.
Enjoy that gold though.
