we're having your basic taco salad. Well, except for as a compromise, we do a lb of ground beef, a lb of ground chicken, then mix them up, then freeze 1/2 for another meal. Ground chicken may be healthy, but shore ain't got the flavor of beef.

Had planned on doing Monterrey Gourmet's Butternut Squash Ravioli with the scallops, but opened the package and found moldy raviolis. Bah. So much for "Best by 10-Oct-2012" on the label.
