Gamecock Perspective

Really irrelevant to suspend a guy with little chance to play. Honestly, max suspension for that type offense would probably be 1 game. He's not playing at Vandy. Punishment should involve a lot of running in August in Columbia. However, Spurrier should be ashamed of his comments which trivialized the offense. I don't really have a problem with not suspending him, would have simply been a non existent punishment. I have a problem with him sounding like Bobby Bowden with the "that's not illegal in SC" comment.

He should have at least been suspended from team activities

and not go to the 1st game. Ignoring and trivializing the issue is pathetic, we both agree.

Nobody cares about the "gamecock perspective".
If you'd like to share it with someone, scurry on back to fgf and tell somebody who gives an eff.

He's not over here trolling. He is being critical of his own program. I'm all for jumping on the coots when they are trying to flame, but when they are being civil there is no need to just dismiss him. Have all of you not been saying the same thing about Spurrier? By immediately yelling at him that you don't care or want him here (I'd imagine he already knew that) you are stooping down to coot level. We're better than that
