Princeton's Victory Is Kinda, OUR Victory

Did you know Clemson was kinda modeled after Princeton ? Now some will say it was modeled after Auburn (mascot, clock tower) BUT ... I was told back in the day, Auburn was modeled after Princeton ... they looked to the "in" schools back then and Princeton was the model ...

Therefore, we are like second cousins. Its like if your of French heritage and France actually won a war, and their victory is your victory, like your relatives did good (got a Victory). So, it makes you feel proud.

Clemson's relatives are Auburn .... Arkansas.... Ga. Tech....and a 3rd distant cousin in Alabama ...all football-wise. Football rules college athletics so it is written and valid.

Basketball-wise we are dang near orphans.
