i don't say this lightly or is it meant to be in any way that's demeaning.sit in the local walmart parking lot for a while and watch the people coming and going,and you'll feel better realizing that there a lot of people who are more likely much worse off than you.i go to our local store on a regular basis,and i almost always leave feeling better and thankful that whatever issues i might be dealing with pale in comparison.

I actually bought 2 different prints of 2 paintings showing Jesus asleep on the boat with the disciples in a terrible storm. I put both of them right by my front door. Those have really helped me get my focus back.
Can any of us truly imagine being on that boat and the Lord SLEEPING through it:<)
He's in my heart and has been teaching me to take that PEACE.

I battled it three years ago. If you’re physically able join a gym and start running. I met a lot of cool people during that time. $25 a month at a gym is the cheapest get out of the house you will find. Not to mention the newfound energy you will have.

Depression is very serious and can lead to very poor descisions. I hope you have someone that can be there for you, but that will not work if your are not truthful with them. You may be too embarrassed to talk with them, but know a great many Americans suffer with depression. If you have no one to talk to me tmail me and I will gladly be there. Prayers to you
