Did you inject the turkey last night? Peanut oil? Do you deep fry anything else after the turkey?

Hard-boiled egg wrapped in sausage, then breaded and deep fried. Lawd that looks good.

Boil the eggs and let them cool.
Peel and rinse and dry the eggs.
Wrap eggs in quarter inch of sausage.
Roll in flour.
Dredge in raw eggs then roll in Panko.
Fry until sausage is cooked through.
Eat with or without remoulade sauce.

Wash down with beverage of your choice.

Would highly wreck or mend!

Just dropped the first bird in the peanut oil. I use a citrus zest and herb rub that I applied last night.
