Perspective

For about 4 months out of the year, I live and breathe Clemson football. Today is no exception and believe me when I say I'd love to lay an Al Golden level beatdown on the U today. But, as my sn implies, I am a pastor the rest of the time and I've been walking with a family as their mother/grandmother/great-grandmother has gone from life to new life and on days like this when we will commend her soul to the arms of the savior, it does give me a moment of pause to reflect on what is important.

I'm really thankful for this little community of TNetters who listen to me spout off about football a few times a week. It's been really important to me the last year or so. Also, it's a beautiful day in God's good creation and a perfect day for a Clemson win.

Y'all take care of yourselves today.
