After the game I thought about how we played. While many are worried, I am not upset. We fought hard until the end, and never gave up. I saw some guys have great games, Wayne being one of them. The key factors here are that it was a very short week for the guys very early in the season. We have the biggest game in a quarter century in two weeks, and lastly we were on the road in a tough environment. The first road game for many of the guys on our team. The refs also screwed us over many times (and I know, I don't really like this excuse either, but it was bad tonight). On the kickoff return, there were 3 block in the back calls missed. Quite a few false starts, and holdings missed, and the obvious facemask miss at the end. I'm proud of my Tigers for getting the W. Now move on to the biggest game of the season, the next one.
