SMU is struggling because of the quarterback play, but that doesn’t mean that Penn State is any good. They’re pretty trashy.

Terrible? Lol

Florida State was terrible. Penn State is objectively top 10. Are they good enough to win the title? Probably not with their offense, but they were fairly competitive against both Oregon and Ohio State. They certainly aren't "terrible." I will accept "flawed" as a legitimate description.
