Saban tested negative yesterday. He took a test today. Bama hasn't released the results of that test yet, but they released a statement that if he tested negative today and tested negative tomorrow that he would be on the sidelines tomorrow night.
Paul is speculating that they have the results back for today or else they wouldn't have made that statement.

Positive test was on Wednesday. SEC rules say that if you are asymptomatice and have 3 negative tests 24 hours apoart it will be considered a false positive.
Thursday test was negative. Friday test will be the 2nd. Saturday will be the third.
