Parking Question

I'm taking my grand daughter to her first Clemson game this Saturday. It has been a while since i have a attended a game in person and have some confusion about parking. Clemson website says there is general admission free parking at Seneca Creek Meadows and Newspring Church. However, I see people wanting to sell parking at these sites. Will someone please tell me what I'm missing? Thanks and Go Tigers!

These are far from the stadium. You might can ride a bus to get closer. You might as well park downtown and walk. You might have to pay, but it is a lot closer. Some Iptay members have parking at New Spring or Seneca Meadows, so they may want to recoup a little for their parking cost.

IPTAY distributes some passes to IPTAY donors for these lots, but there is also some general admission free parking available in these lots.

I don't know if they limit it to a certain number of general admission cars, or how that is handled, but my dad parked in SCM last weekend without a pass, so it is definitely an option.
