Parking for the Clemson v. FSU game

Sep 11, 2023, 4:04 PM

Can anybody give me a good idea about parking? My family and I are traveling from Tennessee and this is our first game @ Clemson. We have a hotel in Anderson and already have tickets im just not sure about parking.

Thanks

If you don’t want to buy an expensive pass from someone, there is public parking in lot C-1 for 30 dollars. 10-15 minute walk through campus to the stadium. I strongly encourage that. Good luck!

If it is anything like this past weekend just show up and park anywhere. The lot I was in was a total mess. The kids at the entrances can't stay off their phones long enough to check passes. They allow large tailgate trailers that take up 4 or 5 spots. No officials around to help people with questions or issues. It was basically a free for all. So just find you the cheapest pass online and pull on in.

Don't compare CSU and FSU.

Reserved spots will be tightly controlled. Either follow the advice above for a C-1 pass, or pony up the money for an assigned spot.

You can also park at Y-Beach and take the bus in.

Get there very early, like 7 am

Noon games have been a cluster to get to in the last couple of years. There are plenty of pay lots up and down college avenue to choose from. There are also several houses along N Clemson Ave that sell spots in their yard which are pretty nicely located. I'm guessing they'll be $50+ for that game

This might help:
“ General Public Parking:From Anderson, SC: Take Hwy 76 towards Clemson and turn left onto Perimeter Rd. The C-1 parking lot is located off Perimeter Rd on the right after you pass the SC Botanical Gardens. The upper portion of this lot is a $25/vehicle general public lot. There is a pregame shuttle from the lot to the east side of Cooper Library.

From Greenville, SC: Take Hwy 123 to the Hwy 93 exit. Then take the next exit for Hwy 76 towards Anderson. The South Carolina Highway Patrol will direct you to Perimeter Rd off Hwy 76 to access general public lots (C1, Kite Hill or the Walker Golf course driving range). Kite Hill and Walker course driving range are free but do not offer pre or post-game shuttle service. C1 is a pay to park lot but does provide a pregame shuttle to the east side of Cooper Library.

From Seneca, SC: Take Hwy 123 and turn right onto Hwy 93 towards campus. Before crossing the bridge turn right into the Snow Recreation Center. $25/car and includes shuttle service to and from Doug Kingsmore Stadium.”

Be prepared for a long wait when leaving C-1.
