It seems like we’ve settled in to a pecking order in the RB room.
I feel for Pace as all indications point to him being a great team mate but it feels like his opportunity is dwindling.

I don't think so - I think it is situational

Shipley is 1 as best all round(not best in every area but best overall) but 2 and 3 is dependent on situation, who we are facing and what is needed as I think each have different strengths.

#2 and #3 may each have his own strengths but to this point in the season Pace has underperformed compared to Mafah.
I phrase it as "Pace has underperformed" because I feel it is more about Pace not producing than it is about Mafah being outstanding.
I think Mafah has done well and they are probably pretty even in practice and in terms of overall ability as you suggested, but Pace has not played well so far this season.
I would love to see him turn it on moving forward, but at this point I am disappointed when Pace gets a carry that could have gone to Shipley or Mafah because Pace isn't producing.

I tend to agree with this

We’ll see moving forward, but it feels like Mafah is separating himself as the heavier back option.

Dabo compared Shipley, Mafah, and Pace to that 2018 Bama team with Damien Harris, Josh Jacobs, and Najee Harris.
Let's see how that holds up:
Bama's year long stats
D. Harris - 150 carries, 876 yards, 5.8 avg, 9 TDs J. Jacobs - 120 carries, 640 yards, 5.3 avg, 11 TDs N. Harris - 117 carries, 783 yards, 6.7 avg, 4 TDs
Clemson's stats through 5 games
W. Shipley - 66 carries, 413 yards, 6.3 avg, 7 TDs P. Mafah - 32 carries, 126 yards, 3.9 avg, 1 TD K. Pace - 20 carries, 59 yards, 3.0 avg, 2 TDs
As you can see...

The first thing I see is we don’t run the ball nearly as much as that Bama team did.

How would their guys look behind our line ? How would our guys look behind their line ?
We can only speculate here. But I think it's probably safe to say Ship will likely play at the next level. He stacks up nicely with those Alabama RBs all of whom went to the NFL.
The jury is still out on Pace and Mustafa

At least he isn’t openly calling the coaches racist. Just implying it this time.

You could take any of our football coaches,

and make the NCAA tourney. Heck, Dabo would do it just for fun, meanwhile your husband is the 37th highest paid coach in America and has finished in the top 40 exactly twice in 12 seasons.
Could you imagine if your husband was leading the football program? ... I just threw up in my mouth a little.
Troll.

Right now Ship is our MVP I'll give him the edge over DJ. But you probably couldn't slide A piece of paper between the two.

So you just have a man crush on Shipley. That’s fine. But DJ carried us against the best competition we have faced this year in Wake and NC State. DJ is the MVP at this point and it’s not close.
