The judge calling for a break and then making the immediate ruling sounds like a face-slap to the ACC. Any of you lawyerly guys (or Holiday Inn Express regulars) read it that way?

These judges are not going to rule against their state's interests. NC judge wants to satisfy the political interests of NC by keeping the ACC in a business headquarters in NC.

FLORIDA and SC judgeS are not going to let ACC, a NC business Rob the taxpayers of Florida and SC of millions of dollars. It's taxpayers vs.BIG business. I know who I support.

'baccy road lawyers and 'baccy road courts only really care about North Carolina schools. Bout time this garbage relationship with the ACC comes to a head and hopefully a very quick resolution.

Yes. And he told us 10 minutes, and back in 5-6. And then asked the Clemson attorneys to write up the ruling for him. 😆😆
