do away with the highest bidder program but if you look at what is going on in MBB it seems it has gotten worse.

Basketball will use the full 20.5 Million for their athletic programs. It is going to create more seperation for sure. I never understood how this would even it out, NIL is not going anywhere and now they also get money from the schools. it just means there will be more money for the top schools to spend.

The top-top athletes will still get 6-7 figures from private NIL deals. The rev share helps the next tier of athletes and their schools.

It just guarantees players money shared, they will get NIL on top of the shared money. It does nothing to stop buying players.

It raises the floor for everyone but does nothing to lower the ceiling since the big money problems can still pay as much as they want.
