One thing that I do wonder about with all of the portal transfers every year now

Is the extra amount of "paper work" that is being done every year now. With 10, 20, and even more in some cases, that is alot of extra work for whatever staff is in charge of processing transfers. There also has to be an extra cost for all the extra labor being assigned to these tasks. There's got to be a few that dread the open dates for the portal every year.

You have to remember that an Athletic Department at a major university has dozens and dozens of employees and Portal paperwork is just a small part of the everyday work.
