One fun thing I think CBB could do to motivate the team is

have a cardboard cutout of Graham Neff placed in the locker room. The cutout would have removable pieces of clothing, and after each win, CBB could gather the team around and they could peel a section. For example, if we beat Duke, CBB could remove the shoulder section of Neff’s pullover, revealing his shoulder skin. I have never heard of a team doing anything like this before and I think it would resonate with the players.
