Sorry dude, it's highly likely that Franc is much stronger than you. Not claiming he's the strongest person or a bad ####, but he is much stronger than the average American male. He was skinny as a youth, and when he sees people from his youth that haven't seen him in years they are surprised by how much muscle he has added over the years. So highly unlikely you could do anything to him if challenged him. Most likely he would just shove you to the ground and tell you take your loss like a man without even punching you.

Past 5 seasons have been a steady decline in the program. We must lead the world in men left on base, consecutive strikeouts with bases loaded and no outs, and run-producing errors.
Jack is a HOF coach. But I don't think that is counting for much anymore in terms of recruiting or inspiration. I don't think his heart it in it anymore.
I believe it is time for Jack to look in the mirror and realize it is time to step aside.
