It's not about running down the clock; it's about making in game adjustments. Like seeing that Maffah is slow (banged up) and adjusting. It's about seeing what their defense is stopping or not stopping, and adjusting. I'm hoping we have analysts in the booth who see this stuff and share with our coaches (e.g. coordinators and head coach).

I don’t have a problem with taking it to the half. If we had gone to pass and had a bad snap, strip sack, whatever, people would scream about why he didn’t just take it to the half.

If he gets sacked, fumbles and Coots get easy TD how you feeling ??
Ball first out of the half. Maybe offense can get a score but Riley needs to prove his value for next 30 minutes. He has done a lot of nothing special
Wes, well other than a drive where QB escapes sack they’ve contained and played very well. Offense lacking, nobody sees it with blinders

Offense is too predictable as usual. First down up the middle, second down screen, 3rd down over throw, punt, rinse and repeat
