To the point he had to deflect some the credit to Kathy Swinney, which I thought that was perfect!! Let the recruit's momma's hear that part of the interview.

I lasted about :30 listening to that. Tommy just isn’t made for media...never has been, never will be. He talks too low and mumbles through everything.

I’m sorry but what does Tommy Bowden know about football? I watched him coach for nearly 10 years and nothing he did makes me think he understands the first thing about football

well he knew enough to get Dabo out of real estate and to Clemson to coach WR's, so he must have known SOMETHING, about coaching.

He is not media savvy. His phone connection was awful. I’ll give him credit for West End Zone, and bringing in Dabo but he was kind of a brat.

ex-coach, who couldn't get Clemson over the hump and was fired, talk about anything related to the success of the program, now.
If he knew his butt from a hole in the ground he'd still be coaching somewhere, and if he really and truly knew what he had in Dabo he'd have incorporated more of Dabo's ideas about the direction and culture of the team. As it was, the culture was 180° from where it is now.
Either he didn't get it, or saw Dabo as a threat. Either way, it isn't good. Thanks for the W End Zone and thanks for being the blind squirrel who found the nut (Dabo). Don't care to hear his opinion on anything, really. That shipped sailed nearly 2 decades ago.
