I'll rattle off 10, in no particular order, that are far better:
National Lampoon's Vacation Christmas Vacation Caddyshack Dumb and Dumber Hangover Ghostbusters Something About Mary American Pie Stripes Animal House
But WonHundredPercent on the hot cast.
EDIT: I'm not claiming those movies are the top 10; they're just 10 random ones better than Another Teen Movie.

As in pure laughs
Stripes, Ghostbusters, animal house, something about Mary
Ghostbusters is iconic so for that sake, I'd rank it higher but in laughs, nope

It's not that your list is terrible or anything, but some movies have gotta be bumped off it for:
Smokey and the Bandit Ferris Bueller's Day Off Monty Python (you pick, Life of Brian or Holy Grail---don't want to be greedy) Coming to America

I actually think Life of Brian is funnier, but Holy Grail is a lot more accessible for the masses so happy to give it top billing if it keeps it in circulation.

That thing could have been amazing and they bombed it with terrible casting and villain portrayal.
Roscoe is now a homicidal pscyho? C'mon.
But they did get the car and the chase scenes right, and I did like the Confederate flag in downtown Atlanta moment.

That and Golden Child are Eddie's funniest movies IMO, Coming to America would be #3. He went south bigly though, later. But of your three, only the last one was a real laugher movie, others are more chuckle movies.

a) Coming to America > BH Cop I > BH Cop II
b) Smokey is the definition of laugher. Gleason was a freaking comedic genius in that movie.

over-rated? Caddyshack?
You've seen the movie, right?
Spalding Judge Smails Ty night putting, blowing the top of perrier, "I did not do that", Lacey Underall Noonan!! Carl driving range scene wining The Masters, cannonball, ball cleaner Rodney effing Dangerfield "Oh, this is the worst-looking hat I ever saw. What, when you buy a hat like this I bet you get a free bowl of soup, huh? Oh, it looks good on you though."
Holy sheet man, there's not a single scene in that movie that isn't hilarious.
I'm legit disappointed in you...and I don't even know you!

Caddyshack is just indefensible.
I can't think of a single scene in Caddyshack that isn't funny.
I can think of multiple scenes with Damone and Mark that weren't funny at all. Brad getting fired from All-American burger / Arnold...not that funny. Damone getting Stacy prego...not funny. Stacy getting an abortion....not funny.
Spicoli was funny.

Fast Times got serious in several areas whereas Caddyshack never tried to take itself seriously. Maybe Fast Times is an overall better story/film, but not pure comedy.

Caddyshack is not enjoyed for the plot. It's haphazardly pieced together. It's not something that's going to be studied in film school.
But the conversation here is funny...and it's dang funny.

Not top 10, but 'We're the Millers' is highly underrated.***

Some fine, fine entries...
I'm going to second the addition of Young Frankenstein, mainly for the "Open this gd door!" scene.
And as long as Holy Grail and Brian are in, gotta have Meaning of life, since every sp erm is sacred.

I'm also in the Caddyshack is overrated camp, as is Blazing Saddles to a lesser degree. Dumb and Dumber is so dumb it literally bulls its way to funny with sheer stupidity. A true guilty pleasure.
I'll toss in a few darkhorses too. Sideways, sort of a wine lover's Hangover, and Noises Off, a Michael Caine/Carol Burnett classic that I still haven't gotten through, after 6 viewings, without crying in laughter.
Imagine the worst play ever written, completely butchered by vain, neurotic, conniving, insane, needy, backstabbing actors. If you've ever done any performance art, music or acting, it's JUST like real life. The hilarious difference between what is supposed to be vs. what actually occurs in a performance. You just have to weather the slow first 30 minutes while they set everything up for the explosions in Acts II and III..

Maybe I'm just a slacker, but I love slacker movies.

Muppet gophers. Clerks is wayyyyy too sophisticated. You’d be better off suggesting Howard the Duck.

I thought it was more of a biography or documentary than a comedy.

If you like early South Park, it's right up your alley (surprisingly not written by Parker and Stone. David Zucker was the head writer and director). Lots of quotable one-liners and both Jenny McCarthy and Yasmine Bleeth (in prime Baywatch shape).
