Exactly 1 week after Liberation Day and he's paused all of the new tariffs, except China, where he's up'ing those to 125% from 104% that took effect just today.
The supply chain disruption caused by the actions over the last 3 months is immeasurable. I really hope Q1 GDP and even Q2 GDP isn't going to be as bad as I think it might be. The amount of time and energy wasted by so many in the US over the last week is hard to comprehend. I know what's in been in my company and I can't only imagine that multiplied out over the entire economy in all sectors.
This is no way to run trade policy. This is no way to run a country. Period!
