Can we bring back the balloons during the running down of the Hill ? Now, I know the wokes killed the balloons saying the balloons were a safety hazard for ducks and gooses and whatnot, but nowadays they have BIODEGRADABLE balloons that like rot after a day or two, nothing is gonna choke on them.

Too pricy ?

I mean before the games each fan gets a ballon and blow it up and put in say a big basket ? Also, Google says the Helium shortage is over.

They get big giant fans that shoot them up in the air ? Fill the balloons up with hydrogen ? They ran blimps on hydrogen back in the day you know ...

Here is a link that may be helpful. Helium is mined. If there are few sources or too expensive to process, and demand stays constant, the price will go up.
