Now that the season is over I am curious what everyone thinks about..

the college football landscape in general. Am I the only one who feels like college football is more and more like the WWE? We watched three times as the "ACC command center" overturned calls in favor of Miami, or the refs just didn't call penalties that were obvious to a 6 year old. Today we saw a play reviewed after the next play was already run, and that has happened several times in different leagues. Personally I feel like college football has reached a level of interference from outside forces that makes it more of a sham than real competition. I have felt that way all year. It is beginning to show up more and more and as for me I am not sure if I really care to watch college football anymore because the outcomes seem predetermined to deliver a desired result. Sports betting and media money seem to be destroying what was once a popular pastime. Am I the only one that just doesn't care about this sport anymore? I still like college baseball because the scandal doesn't show up as ofter during the regular season and I feel like you still get real competition. Anyway just curious what others are seeing.

this is the least amount of football I have watched in 20 years. Just not the same game, but if clemson is going to win they better get with the program and pay coaches properly for the product that is put on the field.

I totally agree on all points and have been noticing the same things.

If Clemson was still competitive would you feel that way?

Yes absolutely. My feelings on this have nothing to do with the current state of Clemson football. I buy YouTube TV each year to watch the games and seriously debated doing it this year. I am not sure I will even bother next year.

No. You're not the only one. I am sick and tired of it too. Clemson football is about the only sport I watch anymore and keep up with all year. But I'm about done with college football too.

I can't say I am persuaded that

it's all predetermined, but it's understandable that's it's Morse sloppy, inaccurate, inconsistent, blatent, and, uh, "squirrely" than it was just a few years ago.

In don't entirely know what to make of it. Some of it is probably rank incompetence, and intransigence and a lack of accountability at the conf level. How much is in some way is actually corrupted? ... I don't know. But it is a problem.

Correction - "undeniable, not "understandable"******

Legalizing pay for play instead of giving the players a free education and all the perks they get as well as the opportunity to earn a chance to go pro has opened the floodgates for betting and mafia control, and has taken the nonprofessional aspect of college sports out of it. This, on top of ACC making sure Clemson loses any time they can, says it all! It doesn’t pay to #### off the ACC. College football needs it be renamed semipro and the ones who want to participate in it need to pay for their education just like all the other students.
