Notre Dame tickets thru Clemson

Has anyone received tickets thru Clemson? Was told they sent via USPS last Thursday, have not received and no way to track.

I spoke to the CU ticket office today and they told me the first lot mailed on Friday, not Thursday and because of the home game nothing mailed on Saturday. Another lot mailed on Monday I'm told and now all have been mailed directly from Clemson. Still do not have mine in Greenville. I'd like to know if anyone has received their ND tickets.

Springdale, SC. No ND tickets in the mail today. Still waiting. Was planning to leave on Monday for ND. Sure do not like this suspense.

The lack of info coming out of the ticket office and IPTAY is inexcusable. All they have to do is put out updates on this type thing and it would save them answering a lot of calls. It has been months since I could see anything in my IPTAY account other than the current tickets - no history, no priority point status, etc. “We are working on it.” I purchased tickets for the Tiger Tailgating at Notre Dame and still haven’t seen the mobile tickets yet. While there are some good things about using Ticket Master, the transition has not been good.

Still no tickets received… not cheap tickets so surprised US regular mail Post Office. We got an email saying we would receive by Oct. 20. Many planned travel accordingly. ticket office told me not mailed until this Monday and regular US Post. We live 10 miles from campus..wish they had contacted us with option to pick up once an issue. Still waiting

No ND tickets received in Camden, SC today.
Ticket manager needs to communicate to customers better!!!! In the private sector some heads would have rolled by now!!!!!

I had same issue with FSU tix. Didn’t arrive by time of our departure, had to pick them up at FSU visitor will call. I cannot believe they are using regular USPS delivery for these away games. No tracking etc.

The same thing happened with my parking passes. They had to be resent. No way they should be mailing our stuff through USPS.

No tickets in Murrells Inlet. We leave Monday and I bought two tickets from a friend in Aiken. He hasn’t received his either and he was UPSing them to me. Wow! . This is nonsense in this day. Will call might be busy at ND. HEADS NEED TO ROLL IN THE TICKET OFFICE!!! No excuse for this.

My mail app shows envelope from CU Ath Dept arriving today. Just FYI the postage was out on the envelope Tuesday, Oct.25th. Send bulk mail so lucky they are arriving this week. Fingers crossed they are in todays mail for sure! Good luck all….
