Clemson > Tennessee FSU > Florida Louisville > UGA (for now, at least)
And then we have the bottom feeders....
BC, NcSt, Wake & Syracuse combined aren't as strong as Kentucky, Vandy, Scar, and Mizzou, but the gap certainly isn't wide.

Coastal is better than the sec east. This year I believe the Atlantic is just as good if not better than the west

1. Proven coaching 2. Superior QB (unless Eason comes along)

Need I remind you of Ga's dominance versus it's last two ACC opponents (excluding GT of course) both of which sit firmly in the conference's top 4.
