Yeah, he's a little psycho and he ain't one of us, but his accomplishments as a head coach cannot be denied. I hate to see the coots succeed in anything, but goldangit, gotta give credit where credit is due.

That's a pathetic excuse. KJ has been gone for years. Isn't it the job of a coach to go out and replace players of equal talent? Brownell can't recruit big time players. Neither can his current assistants. Go land Williamson and prove us wrong.

With their Defense as a foundation, a final four appearance will bring in blue-chip talent which could create a serious era in SC BBall.

5 years to a Final Four and possibly more vs. 7 years with an ignominious exit from the NIT in round one against a bunch of scrubs.
One team started with nothing and the other started with an NCAA Tournament roster.

As far as Frank Martin, I think Thornwell is more of a coach/leader on the floor than Martin is! He is a good coach, I think, but Thornwell is the key! Isn't it great how after we beat them, Thornwell magically was unsuspended and has been a perfect angel since? You think ole Frankie realized he can't win without Thornwell??!?

As much as i would like to disparage their accomplishments,it was nice to see the genuine emotional response of their coach and players after their win.
Let's stay CLASSY Clemson and take the HIGH ROAD-give them their due!
