Monday Morning watch story time

Where I’m hunting you only get one buck per license, thus when I shot mine 3 min into the season I was tagged out w 8 watches left. So my wife who has never shot a deer decided to take the online hunter safety course and get her license so we could keep hunting. So we been sitting together the last 4 watches. Passed on a small 8 last night bc was a long shot. This morning around 8:15 a nice 9 pointer came walking in to check his scrape. About an 80 yard shot, I grunted to stop him and she took the shot. Heart and lungs blown up. Proud husband.

My last deer poast from the trip. Promise
