but I find it pretty safe. I have never had anything stolen or broken into. Also, I cant remember the last time someone was murdered in my area. I'm pretty sure the majority of this data was collected in the midlands and low country

There truly isn't a lot of difference in the two in many cases. "Gimme gimme gimme!!!" is a common trait amongst them.
You can be financially poor and still have some resemblance of decency.

to race. List all 50 states in order of lowest to highest percentage of minorities. Then list states by all these other negative categories. The correlation is blatantly obvious.
