Was it Rocky Horror?
I can't remember.
But buddy of mine were there, two rows from where it happened and saw the wounded girl (I think it was a girl) being carried out.
I remember the smell stood out more than anything.

some shrapnel. The guys beside the dude who set it off had his hole calf muscle blown off. That was pretty gnarly.

Widespread Panic there.
For some reason, I’m thinking it was right there at the frontage road at the intersection of 93 and 123.

Sigmapalooza rocked pretty hard for a few years. Dave Matthews and Jack o’ pierce weren’t bad either.

One. My grandparents lived in Clemson so I was there all the time in the 80’s, but not really aware of which bar was high.

or where the Study Hall used to be, there are 2 versions of the Study Hall

Big area downstairs with a bar and they served food. Bands were upstairs. When Big D owned a BBQ place on Keith St, the food was awesome. They tried to do the same food at Spanish Moon and it wasn't the same
Bands upstairs were fun. Saw Drivin and Cryin, Eek-a-mouse, maybe WSP. Office was also upstairs through a hole in the wall. People partied hard in there (I was told). You could tell right away that the business was going to fail based on the owners
fun times

Joonyer got me a signed copy for a gift years back that he found in a used book store in Clemson. I was amazed at the musical pedigree that Clemson had from being a prime stop on the Chitlin' Circuit, and almost nobody knows it.
