it is amusing to me how they love to bash him.
weren't they crowing about a lock for the SEC East and a run for the NC as a pre-season #9? So why is calling the pre-season #4 a NC contender so ridiculous?
I get that OK didn't quite live up to that potential.

Leave Thornell21 alone. 5 in a row is the pinnacle of there miserable existence. When they joined the SEC it obliterated their 1969 ACC Championship since they've spent every year since talking about how lame the ACC is. They turned their only championship into a joke by their own admission. They will never see 5 in a row again so let him enjoy it. Obviously beating a team they think is nothing is the apex of their being.

2. Players coach...relates to them on more levels than just football
3. Vocal and passionate about his job and his program

We process some things slowly.
He's now aware that Auburn is not our annual rival, and that the cacks aren't a division II team (see chanticleers, Jax State, etc.). Don't fault him- most of the United States is unaware of the latter.
Anyway, they'll never beat him again, and he's going to be here a LONG time.

Dabo was giving credit to Oklahoma for being a better team than the score was at that point and he knew the Sooners were simply having a bad night...After being on that side of the coin against WV a few years ago he knew how Stoops and Oklahoma fans at home were feeling. Complimenting them was a show of sportsmanhip on his part...
You have to forgive SC fans...With the biggest A-hole in CFB as their coach, they never get to see that and have difficulty comprehending it when other coaches demonstate it.
