I think that they are confuse when they say that Records are meant to be broken, and I just don't believe that is what records are kept for. They aren't meant to be broken, they are set and kept in case they are challenged, and there is a set point to be overtaken, if and when they have been over taken, that will set a point to be challenged, but not meant to be broken bc it's only a past record!!!
