What were the emails about ACC asking Clemson not to sue about?

I'm hearing snippets and sound bites, but can't find any full story. Anybody know what it's all about? Or, have a link explaining it?

This is what I found. Not much info and it seems it was discussions and nothing was signed.

Clemson, ACC discussed filing no lawsuits until August. It didn’t work.

No contract with a public institution should have "confidential information"

that is not available to the institutions that were asked to sign it. Have a jury trial on that issue and it would be dead if I was on the jury.

In the ACC'S motion filed in Mecklenburg Court to dismiss Clemson's lawsuit based on jurisdiction, the ACC stated that Clemson and theembarrassment. Talks and agreed that neither would sue each other before August 1, 2024. The ACC claims it was in the process of having its attorney create an agreement to that effect and both parties would sign it. No such agreement was ever signed by Clemson. The ACC is alleging that they were tricked by Clemson into making the ACC hold off on filing any lawsuits against Clemson and filed their lawsuit in Pickens County through trickery to be the first to file a lawsuit.

The ACC is dissed that they did not beat Clemson to the Court House in NC.

IT'S going to be magic by Judge Bledsoe if he buys that argument since he held that ACC filed first against FSU and the first to file, gets jurisdiction and case is heard in the first to file Court.

The ACC is an embarassment.

No school should ever have a contract with something like a an athletic conference it cannot immediately void at will.

But that's how powerful conferences like the SEC get that way! If all the curb stomped SEC teams that Bama and Jawja work over every year wanted to compete they would dive out and concoct some crap like FSU how it was everyone else's fault that they got no respect with a bought team that decided to stay home! Novella could not make them play and it embarrassed the Orange Bowl...a whole truckload of bad fruit...good luck going back there! What Dabo built was solid and garnered respect...hope we've not killed that garden!
