The games are much more better with these guys playing for a check putting it all on the line. Those of you who complain must not actually watch the games.

I don't really agree with NIL making it better, but the transfer portal has certainly done it. The parity is at a all time high because all the 2 deep guys at big schools transfer to start.

Really? You are for the total lack of commitment to team we have now. BC QB gets benched and just quits to enter the portal. No way that is better in my book.

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely HATE all the transferring but part of why I love Clemson. Win or lose, our guys want to be here.

NIL is destroying the best parts of college football, but the new transfer rules are good for college football. They need to put a cap on NIL like the NFL salary cap.

Players are not being developed as well. Players jump to the portal and teams are looking for quick fixes instead of player development. Tom Brady has been on record stating the quarterback position has been dumb downed due to younger players not developing.

to support that. I haven’t been paying much attention this year but I have decades of experience watching players putting it on the line for their teammates or for the love of the game.

I’m surprised this is even an argument being made. There are numerous examples of players leaving programs before they burn a red shirt after four games so they don’t lose out off a paycheck somewhere else. Or asking to be red shirted. The argument that players are significantly less invested than before seems like the easier case.
