I don't but I haven't seen them announce an offer, yet. If there is another one, I'd be surprised if the player doesn't announce it.

I browsed through players who have declared. There are edge rushers I think could step in and help immediately.
And, more importantly some OL.
Several WRs who could add healthy competition to the room.
One of those 3 positions is where I would guess an offer would go to. Maybe veteran LB as well.

I think this may be the most important note from the story link. Check it out! Pearman apparently contacted the kid!!!!
He tentatively plans to return to Georgia Tech on Friday and Saturday before visiting Auburn on Saturday afternoon followed by Clemson on Sunday.
While at Clemson, he plans to take in a bowl practice and meet with the coaching staff, including new offensive line coach Matt Luke.
Rutledge's former head coach at Middle, Rick Stockstill "Coach Stock," coached Clemson's offense as a position assistant and co-coordinator in the 90s. Stockstill was fired after this season following 18 years as Middle's head coach.
Rutledge says Clemson's Danny Pearman was the original point person for the Tigers in learning about Rutledge's interest in the program.
Rutledge doesn't yet tout a Clemson offer.
