Do you ever go out for a run and everything is great?
Do you ever have one of those days where the pace is a little faster but seems a little easier? Your heart rate remains low even up hill, and you finish full of energy?

Yeah, I also never have any days like that.

even though the bike, stepper, and hand bike are all recumbent and STATIONARY.. Electronic resistance is just about as bad as the real thing.

I do not like this exercise scam.
I do not like it, Sam I Am.

:(

But, I continue to do it, because I like the alternative a whole lot less.
