Not saying Dabo needs to be fired. That’s dumb. But he is going to have to be told that he has to use the resources that are available to win and put his ego and culture aside to do it. He may leave on his own. No other way this program gets better without adapting.

Exactly - Neff didn't hire Dabo, and even if Neff is "technically" his boss on paper, he will never feel superior to Dabo, and Dabo will never treat him as such.
