Need some help

Have any of you guys ever had mild hypothermia or anything of the likes?
It's not really serious, otherwise I'd see a doctor, but I don't trust looking up symptoms on mayoclinic. I was outside for about 20 minutes today with wet (long) hair, below zero wind chill, and I just got VERY dizzy and nauseated. I could barely get onto the bus. I'm not dizzy anymore but I just feel like absolute crap now. Any free insight?
