Tyrek Hill's fastest in game speed was 23mph and he is obviously one of the fastest. Wiggins can fly, as all saw of course.

Bolt had on light weight track shoes, shorty shorts and a tank. Add a Helmet, pads, cleats and you start to really realize how impressive.

Probably 23 or 24 mph. Who knows? He also isnt running on grass or turf. He is running on a track meant for speed...a rubberish one.
