First I want to say that the field looks fantastic, but I have one request. The apron around home plate needs to be cleaned. If anyone is listening, this sure would make our field look its best. Best is the standard.

I agree. Speaking of beefs/requests, I know attendance is good but it's a darn shame they won't let fans sit behind homeplate. 90% of the TV shots are from behind the pitcher. Showing empty stands is a bad look. Let folks sit there. If ticketholder comes, they can move.

Tickets are 5k and the only difference is you get self service from concessions. The thing about the apron. Every year someone complains. People need to realize it does get cleaned. They use the field Daily. They stand there for bp and such. Imagine muddy cleats.

I've noticed that the turf is mismatched there anyway. The difference in color between the fake turf and the real stands out more to me.

it looks awful and cheap. ditch it. Make the dirt bigger if need be. Few MLB fields have anything like that. You can even replace worn sod from time to time. It reflects badlky on a school with a turf grass pedigree.

The wear and tear the turf helps. At least we still have real grass behind the turf and in front of the dugouts in foul territory. Most teams are changing foul territory to all turf.

It was a good idea to try the apron. Now its obviously time to bring back the grass. Grass with worn places looks better than the apron that can't be kept clean.

Do y’all not understand the wear and tear? Y’all go work on a ball field. If so upset go and clean it yourself. I’m telling you that’s the last thing on their mind. I didn’t know the halo around home plate made the differences in wins a losses.

IT IS SIMPLY INCREDIBLE WHAT THESE GOOBERS COMPLAIN ABOUT. BUT HEY, I DID NOT EVEN KNOW I WAS SUPPOSED TO NOTICE IT. SILLY ME. AND YES IT WAS VACUUMED AND CLEANED BEFORE THE FIRST GAME. TO BAD THAT SILLY THING CALLED DIRT MESSED IT ALL UP.

it’s obvious I didn’t go here. Dude shut up. I didn’t attend here doesn’t make me less of a fan. Weak. My dad went here and my fiancé did. I currently work for the university. Out of state tuition was pricey sorry. Guess what they cleaned it before. They can’t clean it after every game and practice. They whoops I saw dirt on a rail too or paint chipped down at the bottom of a rail. They should hire you to inspect it all. It looks fin and so does the team. If you wanna be picky go out to the tiger paw in the outfield on the hitting cages. Yeah it’s beat up and faded. Can’t tell from afar but go look close out there.
