Repeatedly, with all sorts of excuses and rationalizations.
I'm critical of him because I want him to achieve more than he has recently. He has shown he is capable of it, and he has everything he needs to continue exceling at a high level.
You and others are defending it, so you are the ones who seem to have a problem with high achievement.

I quit Facebook because it didn’t matter what I posted, someone would find a problem with it. I could post a picture of a puppy and someone would say “I hate puppies. “

You are presuming that he doesn't want to talk to guest callers when in fact he has not said why the program format has changed.
So let's presume together; I presume it's a matter of time and our coach wants to spend more time on subjects chosen to smooth the flow of information to fans.
I can make other presumptions and others can do their presuming but presumptions are quite like opinions in that everyone has one.
We all know what opinions are like for at time they all stink.
