My Virginia Tech friends up here in the tidewater say they aren't worried as their "insiders" told them that this is just a ceremonial thing at his school, but our ace recruiter chad smith has been all over this one according to Twitter. What do yall think? Has he been on campus?

According to so&so on 247 it is 50/50 VT/Clemson here with this guy.
Would be a nice unexpected pick up after the Briscoe decommit.

But he's been to VT several times. He's been to Ole Miss, UT, and Mich. He does have an offer from us. And Chad Smith has been blowing up his Twitter account.

Who knows. It would appear to be VT. Given the coaching status at UM, I'm not thinking them. UT and Ole Miss have been plugging themselves. But on the surface he would seem to be a Hokie lock.
