Friday night, ran some errands and did a lot of nothing.
Saturday up to Clemson for the Jones meet and greet. A friend is running for city council and while I can't vote for him I went up to support and eat bbq.
Sunday, BACK to Clemson to take my friend's kid out for their birthday lunch. We started this birthday tradition as soon as the oldest didn't one of those convoluted car seats anymore. The kids get to do something without the other 2 around. It has become more fun as they have more interesting things to talk about.

Friday helped a friend move to Greenville- spent more time in traffic than loading and unloading
Saturday stream workshop all day then headed toward Greer to present to a local group. Got stuck in traffic and called to say running late and they said, “oh we canceled because of the rain “ so I sat in traffic for over an hour for nothing and I missed out on the promised bbq
Sunday usual with mom
I actually enjoyed the cool damp weather
On down side was backing in the driveway with the hitch tray on but folded up. Didn’t see the little blue car and smashed the right turn signal with the hinge. Fixing it will cost more than the car is worth so I guess I’ll just #### off people when I turn right.

Now got to figure out if the mount is too bent to get a new one in there otherwise I would have to replace the whole bumper.
Thanks, that’s a great site.

Friday - taco dinner and then went to the bar with a friend. Couple of drinks and then off to bed.
Saturday - up super early for my daughters cheerfest. They didnt win, but it was fun to watch her and her friends. Mowed grass. Took my son and 4 of his buds to the Pistons game. It was a blast.
Sunday - daughter had playoff game to cheer at, so we went to that game. Son was sad as his season is over. Watched Lions win and then the Mexico F1 race, was a good race to watch. Bed early.
Great weekend. -2 points as it was cold cold in the mornings.

Friday: not much, 3chi, firepit, music, baseball
Saturday: up early, did some chores, went down to Blufton for scokker, came back home in time for the Miami/FSU game. Watched that snoozefest and some bits of the Wordle Series and went to bed early. Ate some Marcos for the first time in fore-eves
Sunday: slept way too late, milled around, watched Chelsea, went shopping, cleaned, cooked a pot of Olive Garden's zuppa toscana soup to freeze. Watched some football and played with the pups.
MAJOR deductions for aerozeptallica not coming to my fundraiser and auctioning off his wooden jack-o-lanterns.

Fri - nothing special I guess. Nothing stands out.
Sat - Aiken County Clemson Club golf tourney at Aiken Golf Club. Played like shidd but had fun. Went downtown for a bit and me and a buddy decided to trek over to North Augusta for the Jackolantern Jubilee (I think it's called). Everclear was playing and they were pretty dang good. Back to Aiken and crash.
Sun - Up earlier than everyone and lazed about. Watched some football, grabbed Little Caesars thin crust pepperoni. I don't care what people say, it's good.

Friday was relatively uneventful. Took Daughter to Japanese steakhouse for dinner followed by milkshakes at Chic-fil-a...so she could try to see the boy she's "talking to" who works there.
Saturday...spent most of the morning shopping on-line for new dishwasher. Current one throws a leak signal every few months and it takes about a week with the power off to dry off whatever had hit the sensor. Apparently it's a known issue with the Samsung unit we have. After trying many different fixes over the past 2 yrs and with the frequency getting more often, it's time for a new one. Pulled the trigger on a Bosch unit that has a very quite rating and decent quality rating. Frigg'n things are expensive.
I was informed on Thursday that in-laws were arriving Saturday. I dismissed it as a cruel joke, but danged if they didn't show up after lunch on Sat. Took daughter on a target/grocery run and then Wife and son-of took in-laws out to an early dinner while I dropped off daughter at the HS football game (rescheduled due to storm) and I went to buddy's house to watch FB and eat wangs. Only had to hang-out with in-laws ~1hr...so success.
Sunday...I cook a big breakfast spread for the whole clan. The barricaded myself in room to watch NFL fantasy pre-game reports as my entire team was on the questionable list. Watched the early games...did some work outside...took daughter of to get smoothies. Hung out with fam and in-laws until my ears started to hurt due to all the talking and gibberish. Fantasy team pulled out a win, watched late game from bed and got to sleep early.
All-in-all...good weekend and success at avoiding in-laws.

drive thru...which he wasn't.
But did meet him last week at church. They aren't "official" yet, so he hasn't the talk.
My line is normally "whatever you do to her, I'll do to you twice as bad".
Luckily, this kid seems like a really good kid. He works for the church running the one of the cameras on Sundays and his parents seem nice too. He's a freshman in HS and doesn't have a phone yet, so he has to text daughter through his parents phone. That right there puts him high on my list!!

Randomly it would throw an "ER" code on the screen and required a breaker reset, and it had also started leaking. When i pulled it out it was stamped with an April date of 2020...so it made it 4 years.
I don't think any of them are worth a crap any more; the new one didn't appear to be as well made as the one I removed. Good luck with your Bosch.

Kicked it off Thursday night at the Medieval Festival downtown, lots of vendors I had little interest in but some of the costumes were elaborate. It was like being at a living Dungeons and Dragons event with adult beverages. The band was Clockwork Knotwork and they were excellent. Kind of a rock/bluegrass/Irish steampunk thing, but I'd go see them again for sure. I don't know that I ever remember seeing a band do a cover of In A Gadda Da Vida before.
Friday, The Rocky Horror Music Show in Charlotte. INCREDIBLE show, an all-star band made up of musicians from 7 or 8 Asheville area bands dressed as the characters in the movie and recreating the soundtrack. They do lines of the dialogue coming in and out of songs to keep pace with the storyline, and it's was an exceptional production in every respect.
Saturday, went to a Japanese festival downtown RH, it was kinda cool. First year of it, so it was small, but well-attended. Waited out the early evening rain and then a big group of us rode over to Tega Cay and played Haunted Mini Golf at Mr. Putty's Fun Park. It was an absolute blast, they had Halloween characters roaming the course all night that would jump out and scare people, or stand in the way and make you putt through their legs and stuff like that. If you get in the spirit of it (pun intended), it's huge fun.
Sunday, chores, grocery run, then up to Indian Land to hit some shops that Mrs. wanted to go to. Rambled around up there for a couple of hours, back home for some quick steaks in the cast iron (too thin for the grill), cleaned up kitchen and watched Walking Dead, then called it a weekend.
21/19 Covids, lots of live music and general all-puporse mirth and merriment.

play 2 hours of dead from 4-6. Then we grabbed dinner at a Mexican joint near the house ($115, eff that noise) and went to bed.
Saturday went to the gym then home to watch some football, clean the house, and then got to the beach around 1:00. The breeze was coming off the dunes toward the ocean so for the first hour it was miserable with flies everywhere. I thought maybe we just stunk, but looked up and down the beach and everyone was fighting the flies. Wind reversed direction and allowed us to have a great couple more hours out there. Back home to watch football and ate cereal for dinner, fed boys frozen ravioli and marinara. Girls were out for the evening. Sleeps.
Up Sunday and lazied around all day. WalMart for some groceries, back home to watch Liverpool v. Arsenal. Arsenal were the superior team but the back line couldn't Salah off long enough and we gave up a late goal for a draw. Womp Womp. Made chicken and waffles for dinner with some Publix chicken tendies.
Listened to alot of Grateful Dead, hit the beach, very little else this weekend. It got kinda boring. Would do again.

Fri. Walked down to a neighborhood church's fall festival. Kids were exhausted so we didn't stay too long. B.
Sat. Bought pumpkins and plants. Planted windowboxes. Worked some during nap. Made flank steak dinner and had to work at night. I don't think I watched a single snap of football. C-.
Sun. Church. Carved jackolanterns. Did some yard work. Went to an open house. We aren't planning on moving but are sort of looking around. Grabbed ice creams and they boys played in the bounce house that afternoon. A.

Saturday was spend doing yardwork all day. My little community is really big on Halloween so we are about to have a #### ton of kids and families walking through so wanted to make sure the yard looked good. Also having a big bonfire that night with family.
Sunday, lazy day got to see nephew of before he heads to Canada for a hunting trip.
Cooked a frogmore stew. Finally got the spice combination right so it didn't taste like a white girl with a brown felt hat in the fall.

Made it "Happy Afternoon/evening" at the Southern Friday. Got there about 6:30 and left around 11.
Slept late Saturday because hungover and got Grouchos for lunch. Laid around all day on the couch and watched Youtube. Looked through Uber eats to find something to eat for about 45 minutes, gave up, and heated up some chicken noodle soup. Meh..good enough. Went to bed.
Sunday I actually crossed the Cooper River Bridge and ate lunch downtown at Rancho Lewis. Came home and may or may not have put up a new VHF antenna so I can listen to boat traffic (having a land based VHF is a no-no unless you have a license, and I don't have one). Watched some TV for a while, worked a little bit, and then went to the Dinghy to see a band play. Came home around 10:30, went to bed and woke up bright and early at 3 AM for no real reason. Couldn't get back to sleep until around 6am, and here I am.

Friday - Steaks on the grill and 5/9/77 to honor the passing of Phil Lesh. Started drinking Captain and Diet Coke and went far overboard. You get that caffeine in you and you're up, so you drink even more and so on until Boise finished off UNLV at 2 in the morning
Sat - shopping trip with 5/4/72 Paris to honor Phil Lesh. Watched UCF doodoo the bed again, this time with their 4th QB. Transfer portal is great right? Went to party at Aunt of other MSynan with a magnificent mole style stew. Yum. Buddy and I spent much of the party on the back porch watching FSU do the exact things that make you 1-7. At least they were only on their 3rd QB. Man that Transfer portal is great though
Sunday - (In my best Jim Mora voice) Playoffs? Playoffs? Went to see Orlando City vamos the turd out of Charlotte FC. 20 bucks a ticket, what a deal! Stopped on the way to tailgating at a place called The Bayou and had an awesome Oyster Po Boy. Could not have been a more fun day
19/19 COVIDS, -1 for no live music, but point restored because Playoffs!
