Yep. Look at some of the teams we compete against. Their players look like men. We have a bunch of skinny slap-hitters and no power.

Yes, Jack is clearly outcoached by Elliott Avent, a coach that holds the lions' share (17 seasons worth) of Jack's 46-25 record over NC State.
Elliott Avent ACC Record: 235-219
Jack Leggett ACC Record: 337-190
Gossett had a bad inning. Boulware hit into a double play. That was the difference in the game.

I am so sick and tired of this team is young crap.
Our basketball team was also young,but every team out there at some time has been young.
And what happens next year?Do we automatically just get better while our opponents don't?
Are we going to start using that same ole lame excuse the coots use;"Wait till next year".
Our team maybe young,but where are the power hitters,the kids who can hit left handed pitchers,the left handed pitchers?
You tell me,when does someone step up and start producing?

I may be seeing things differently, but Leggett is not the same coach he was a few years ago. I was screaming for Jack to pull Gossett after the 4 pitch walk to load the bases in the 6th. Of course, Jack leaves him in long enough for State to put the game out of reach. When Jack finally goes to the pen, Andrews gets the first two batters he faces. Granted, the first batter would have driven in a run with a sac fly, but that would have been it. Garrett's homer would have then tied the game. Leggett lost the game in the 6th.
