"In the Big Ten’s 13-page letter they sent to Michigan that gives step-by-step insight into the conference’s decision-making, a prominent group was mentioned, leading to many rumors.
The technology-driven sports wagering monitoring company, U.S. Integrity, was cited in the Big Ten’s 13-page letter at the bottom of page 3 (pictured below).
This is significant to the rumor because many believe that not only could Connor Stalions have been operating a sizeable sign-stealing network, but that specific coaches may have been taking advantage of it as well by placing bets and fixing the point totals of games.
U.S. Integrity monitors unusual betting activity and is used by all five major power conferences.
U.S. Integrity informed sportsbooks about the sign-stealing situation when it came to light a few weeks ago.
Things will only get crazier if a connection is eventually found between sign stealing and betting within the Michigan program.
The rumor gets more profound with the belief that when former Michigan QB Coach and Co-Offensive Coordinator Matt Weiss had his computer taken for research, the FBI found gambling cookies on it.
These rumors have gained little to no traction in the national media, and Michigan fans seem unmoved by it, but at the very least, it is a rumor with possibilities."

You failed to mention, South Carolina could be guilty with the tenn game and Clemson win last year. Not Beamers first time to cheat.

Good add...guessing you read the article where it was broken down that Michigan was also using their data to manipulate who they might be seeing in the CFP. Stallions is from TN. USuC was awful last year and had just lost to UF like 36-9...then they play two CFP potential teams (UM looking at as potential opponents if they win out) in Tenn and Clemson and score/outscore those two teams like 91-36 or something - "out of the blue". TCU gets wind of the sign stealing and changes their signals - upset. Also TCU posted a pic of Stallions on the other sideline with a sheet with their signals - lucky for them they'd changed them all.
Harbaugh clearly ordered the code red, bet it'll be hard to pin any direct communication or actionables on him. That said, guarantee with his record against OSU and overall, he felt the pressure and decided to cut corners. Shady. I hope they get a sever penalty, and if it extends beyond them (USuC, etc), they too get hammered for cheating.

The interesting thing is that the benefit they've received appears to be ongoing.
Maybe they are not in the national championship hunt this year without the benefit of the cheating that they continue to have.
That's without considering they are not in the playoffs last year without it.
