I am still holding out minimal hope that Clemson can sneak in and turn Bank of America orange. I love Charlotte as a somewhat central location, sans SMU and Cali schools. The weather can be tricky, the Clemson Pitt game was miserable. Even with 4 team playoffs on the line, charlotte really didn't help build up the games and support the event. There have been a few sold out and high energy crowds, but it is not the norm.
