Yeah, but then he quotes DeShaun as saying, "I just need to find out which school is right for me." Obviously we've got another "commit" who wants a lot of media attention. I'm not all that confident he'll be in the 2014 class in the end.

ours to lose ... nothing more can be said about a kid who commits that early and really has no particular ties to Clemson.
If he were an in-state prospect who lived nearby or who grew up a Clemson fan, you could probably count on him sticking with his early (perhaps impulsive) committment.
But, since he will now be put through the extreme pressure of a full year of hype and influence by people such as Carvel at the AJC and many, many others, it will be up to our team to produce the kind of season in 2013 that keeps top 2014 recruits interested in playing for the Tigers and up to the staff to "show him the love" or whatever the term is now for months and months of butt kissing attention that these kids seem to crave.
Only time will tell if Watson is serious about his verbal committment to Clemson.
