Message over PA system?

Anyone know if there's a way to get a message broadcast over the PA system at the game? My dad is turning 60 and it would blow his mind if he heard that during the game.

they will only do it if he is 63 and you are 17. :)

I'm pretty sure they do something for birthdays at baseball games, but I think that's all.

I contacted Tim Bourret about it, and he said they don't do it for football games.
