I hate to see him go. It seems we have done better in last 3-4 years placing OLine in NFL. Hope he gets there. Going to a team where he will get 500 snaps as a starter is probably his best shot. I don’t see that happening here.

He did not grade out well this year. Not sure if it's a coaching issue, scheme issue, not sure. Anyway, best of luck to the young man.

to being a backup that is passed by true freshmen. His snap count dropped precipitously as the season progressed.

The biggest casualty of the Portal is quality depth at most positions but not many are willing to work as an entrenched second stringer.
