I mean, these are your people. You either hired them or inherited them. But they are yours that you are responsible for. Yeah they all suck in one way or another, but #### it they are mine and I got their back even when they are in the wrong.

That has strengths and weaknesses. Most people can't fix their weaknesses. Therefore, exploit what they are good at and steer them away from what they are bad at. As soon as you realize that, the easier your life will be.

Drain a person of every drop of possibly utility and usefulness they have, and when that runs out, immediately fire them for performance reasons and hire somebody younger, cheaper, and brimming with crushable hopes and dreams.

He made the local evening news when he was hired as head ball inflator. They take their ball-inflating seriously in BFE, PEE DEE, SC.

You have to strike a balance between the treats and the rolled up magazine, always use simple one-word commands delivered with a confident tone, maintain consistentcy with their feeding times and walk times, do not let them get used to getting up on the furniture or sleeping in the bed with you, and never be afraid to use a shock collar for your slow learners.
